Below is a sample workout split that you can use. It’s a program I split up into a push day and pull day with no more than 6 exercises/day. You can manage your fatigue levels based off RPE and or percentages, but i’d suggest a RPE scale. I’d love to have you, join the substack for this program and for more in the future.
