Hi.
I had some steak that needed to be eaten, below are some take aways from the video. For online custom training and nutrition recommendations email me espinozi.yelena@gmail.com. Subscribe to my youtube channel and substack for more.
Each steak is about 3 oz when cooked estimated at about 20 grams protein/steak - only $9.66 at walmart for 3 steaks…if you’re boujie and think you have the right to pass judgement on me then you’re a hypocrite.
I use salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper on the steaks and eggs. I made one steak for my pup
If you are a animal lover then you understand how careful you should be with feeding them after all their unconditional love……
My pup gets steaks, tuna, salmon, chicken, olive oil, cod liver oil, and coconut oil to name a few; I showed you in the video how I cut up the steak for her. After its cooled down I add some carbs that’ll help digestion. I think the kibble companies for dogs and cats are the cause of a lot of harm to them so I homemake all her food. Carbs dogs can eat are oats, rice, potatoes, fruit (no grapes though), cooked veggies, turmeric is very good for their joints mixed with black pepper too for proper absorption
I topped the steak and eggs with cilantro and chinese onion
Side tangent…I touched briefly on the importance of good nutrition and it's benefits with skin health, but nutrition and water can only do so much for skin
For example if you are estrogen dominant then you may have more acne than the typical….if you have a lot of androgens in your body then you may notice a lot of acne as well. If you are a female and OK with taking a drug that helps with acne control and blocks your androgen receptors (not good if you’re into a strength sport because the androgens are what help with strength), then you can look into talking to your dermatologist about spironolactone
If you want to take something that does not block the androgen receptor, but rather works by reducing the sebum production in your body then look into accutane (isotretinoin); it’s a harder medication, but it works well and typically only requires a 6 month usage, talk to your dermatologist
For hair growth, upping your biotin and vitamin D can help…cod liver oil is high in vitamin D
Be well.
