Ok that was VERY unique.! Blew my mind 😲💥 Birddog rows? How have I never even heard of those? Perfect for adding a bit of variety and hitting the lower back which I hardly ever do. The other one kinda reminds me of doing the merengue but holding a weight out front instead of a girl. One, two, thee four! Anyway good stuff...especially the birddog rows!
LOL yeah a little. Well back in the day anyway. It's been a while. But yeah I tend to be abrasive and smooth like sandpaper so a while ago I challenged myself to leave my comfort zone and learn something new. I tried quite a few: merengue, chacha, rhumba BUT the tango I loved best. The tango it's all about showcasing the lady, and she revolves around me 😂🤣😁 What a concept!!!!
