Good stuff! I appreciate this one and plan on incorporating many of these right away. Increasing step count, more water, Levels vanilla bean protein shakes with almond milk, and no stress, no worries. Oh and my grocery list is SOOOO different this time. I left off so many things I always buy. Now there are things like kim chi, strawberries, blueberries, pears, apple cider vinegar, fresh pumpernickel and pita bread, first cold pressed olive oil and I may as well splurge and get some good Himalayan Rock salt. If I can't smother my salmon with butter, lemon and wine sauce then that salt better be top shelf LOL!!! Thanks again...

So far so good! I have incorporated MANY of your suggestions into my diet. I found this protein shake recipe that is soooo good who needs solid food LOL I got some of the Levels vanilla bean whey and I even swapped out the flax seed for the ground chia seed you recommended. If you like peanut butter I highly recommend it.
