Awesome topic. I recently started taking creatine and I have mostly avoided supplements my whole life. I actually take it after my workouts and it helps a bit with my rotator cuff tears/soreness. Naked Creatine I went with. From FL I believe. As someone who has rotator cuff injuries I can vouch that the creatine taken post-workout has negated much of the pain and discomfort.
Ahhh thank you. I must admit I know nothing of BPC. However, a quick Google search seems to show BPC-157 which is a peptide that is good for inflammation and tissue regeneration. That could be a winner! I'll check it out a bit more. YOU are the best. Who else besides you looks like ten million dollars in her $7 onesie from Walmart LOL Love how frugal you are. I am too!
