Reach Your Fitness Goals With the 8th Wonder of the World: Compound Interest

Did you know building your fitness, and developing your health and nutrition is like investing and compound interest? I talk about it in the video above! Think of it this way:

If you invest $500 in the S&P500 today in yours 20’s, 30’s, or 40’s - it will be worth a significant amount more in 10, 20, 30, 40 years from now! S&P500 is about 26% in the year 2024! The S&P 500 index had a positive return during 244 of the 391 months (62%) between 1992 and 2024!

So what does this mean? This means that if you want to see your health, physique, and well being COMPOUND over the next decade you need to invest something today. This means you need to begin to take action right now.

It doesn’t necessarily matter what that action looks like, but it has to be a step. If you don’t take action today what is the price you will have to pay in the future to reverse yourself out of the, possible, hole you may self sabotage yourself in? You can easily avoid situations like this by making small little wins daily, and you’ll see those little wins compound over time.

Start now, with $5, $10, $100 - in other words start doing 10 burpees every night and build the habit of a fitness person and you will soon become that!
