Too cute, knocking down that shot of fish oil 😂😹🤣 I might have to try that as I simply do not get enough fish into my diet anyway.

I was talking to a guy at the gym who owns his own supplement store about your chia seeds and how I have incorporated them into my diet. He never heard of that and wondered why I shunned the flaxseeds. Told him I'm just a unique individual and that's how I roll LOL But he reported back later that he thinks I'm on to something. Actually, in reality I went with chia cuz you mentioned them on the call hehehehe

Big Y! You're gonna be proud of me....I just ordered some Icelandic Cod Liver Oil!! I took the plunge. I simply don't eat enough fish and the health benefits you described seemed immense.
